Dejen skal v\u00e6re bl\u00f8d men ikke klistret og kunne str\u00e6kkes.<\/p><p>Del dejen ud i passende klumper 50 &#8211; 60 g \/stk. og lad den h\u00e6ve ca. 1 time overd\u00e6kket med et fugtigt kl\u00e6de.<\/p><p>Forvarm Tandoori ovnen til 400 &#8211; 500\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u2070C<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">. Tag endnu et fugtigt viskestykke og fold omkring puden s\u00e5 der opn\u00e5s en glat rundet overflade.<\/p><p>Fugt br\u00f8dets underside med vand s\u00e5 den er kl\u00e6brig og kan binde til den varme ovnside.<\/p><p>L\u00e6g dejen med den v\u00e5de side opad p\u00e5 puden og tryk forsigtigt dejen mod ovnens varme side til den binder.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bag br\u00f8det 60 &#8211; 90 s til det tager farve.
