indeholder de samme grundprocesser med sm\u00e5 variationer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Fetaost er et godt sted at starte\u00a0 uden det bliver for kompliceret og tidskr\u00e6vende.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Grundreglen er igen god k\u00f8kken hygiejne og lidt grundighed.<\/p>\n<p>Mit udgangspunkt for ostefremstilling var et af de sm\u00e5 osterier der findes p\u00e5 Syrev\u00e6kker og Lipase enzym r\u00f8res ud i lidt koldt vand og tils\u00e6ttes til m\u00e6lken. Der r\u00f8res grundigt rundt s\u00e5 alt er godt blandet.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e6lkeblandingen st\u00e5r nu i 30 minutter under l\u00e5g og uden omr\u00f8ring og ved konstant temperatur. Det er nemt at holde temperaturen konstant hvis der laves et vandbag hvor gryden stilles efter opvarmning.<\/p>\n<p>Der tils\u00e6ttes nu ostel\u00f8be som er opl\u00f8st i lidt koldt vand. Den dr\u00e6nede ostemasse h\u00e6ldes i osteforme.
