Den \u00f8vrige mel tils\u00e6ttes indtil dejen er smidig og ikke klistre for meget.<\/p><p>Dejen forh\u00e6ves 30 min og formes til 6 stk. flade boller. Dejen h\u00e6ver derefter endnu 30 \u2013 60 min indtil minimum dobbelt st\u00f8rrelse.\u00a0 Pensles med \u00e6g og drysses med sesam fr\u00f8.<\/p><p>Bages 15 min ved 220 \u00baC. Eller endnu bedre 21 \u2013 23 min i kold ovn.
